I am excited to introduce Spinal Flow Therapy. 

My passion and mission is drugless disease prevention and restoration of the body. 

This practice has given me the opportunity to Fill the Gap of modern medicine that I witnessed on a daily basis as a Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner.

What is Spinal Flow?

• Spinal Flow Technique is a holistic modality utilizing gentle touch of the spine and cranium to release tension and stress.

It is effective in a wide variety of symptoms and discomfort. 

How does it work?

• The goal of Spinal Flow Therapy is to remove layers of spinal blockages, blocked energy fields,  holding through the years and train the body to release the fight-flight response efficiently.  

• Spinal blockages cause stiffness in the individual vertebras that leads to obstruction of  the "spinal wave". 

• Spinal Flow Therapy sends the vital force energy up and down the spine, sending a message to the brain to find the energy blockages, release stagnant energy and increases flow.  

• Spinal flow AWAKENS your incredible innate wisdom and ability to self heal.  

• Spinal flow works on physical, chemical and emotional energy blockages in the spine.  

Who can receive Spinal Flow Therapy?

Anybody and everyone, all ages.  

Newborn, during pregnancy, children, teens, adults, elderly and palliative/hospice care recipients.  

There are no contraindications.  This is not an invasive therapy.  

What can I expect as a client?

The practitioner will perform  a detailed  posture, spinal blockage,  blockage layers assessment. 

The client lies down on the massage table face down. The client needs to do nothing more than just relax into the breath.  Accommodations are available  for babies, pregnant women and clients confined to wheelchair or beds.

Clients typically feel tingling sensations, a wave sensation in the spine, and may shed a few tears if there is emotional blockage release.  There is no pain involved. 

There will be a gentle touch to access points in the cranium, sacrum and tail bone.  The practitioner will also apply gentle pressure on the back of the thighs and feet with her hands. 

Each session lasts anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes depending on need. 

The practitioner tracks the spinal flow wave and the status of  each blockage during each session.  The results are shared with clients after each session.
